HOME IS WHERE THE HEAVY STUFF LIVES

Meet Meg. She doesn’t live here full‑time, but whenever her travels bring her to this neck of the woods, she makes one stop non‑negotiable: Questpts. No excuses. No “I’ll just rest.” Just a woman on a mission, stepping into our space to sharpen the tools she’ll need for her next strongman competition.

In the first clip, watch her attack the strongman log with a heavy working set—pure, unapologetic power. Every rep is a conversation with gravity, and Meg isn’t losing that argument. In the second, she shifts gears into a repetition method on the bench press, chasing the pump, the volume, the metabolic fatigue that builds muscular endurance for the grueling demands of contest day. This is what intelligent, event‑specific preparation looks like.

Meg doesn’t train to be seen. She trains to be ready. Whether she’s under a log, on a bench, or somewhere between cities, her consistency is the constant. We’re honoured to be a pit stop on her road to the podium. Keep grinding, Meg. We’ll leave the chalk out for you.
