It’s always nice to learn together with others.

Join us for this week’s Childbirth Education Class! We’ll focus on labor and birth this week and all the ins & outs incl. comfort measures, coping strategies, labor support, and what to expect along the way.

Whether you’re planning a homebirth, hospital birth, you’ll leave with some helpful tips to help you feel confident and prepared for your baby’s arrival.

To register, send us a DM with your email address!

Niawen to everyone who joined us for this past week’s Childbirth Education Class Part 2 💛

We focused on the 2nd trimester. Participants explored how nourishment and movement can support both parent and baby during this stage, and each person went home with meal gift cards to help put that learning into practice.

We’re now moving into Part 3 next Wednesday, where we’ll dive into the 3rd trimester. This session is all about preparing for birth, understanding what to expect in the final weeks, and feeling more confident as you approach labour and delivery.
Space is still open! Come join us and walk away feeling informed, supported, and more ready for your birth journey. Dm to sign up!
