Mend & Move Massage & Wellness turned ONE this week! This first year has flown by and I am beyond grateful for every day of it!

Mend & Move would not exist if not for my wonderful and supportive family that worked long and hard to create and build this space and gave me all the love and encouragement to pursue this adventure! But, a very important shout out goes to you - to every single client that came through the door this year!

My practice has grown abundantly and I am so grateful for all the loyal clients who came along on this journey with me and all the new ones I've met this year! Thank you for your visits, your referrals and most of all the trust in putting your care in my hands!
