Micro Roots Microgreens are the seedlings of vegetables and herbs. Once the seed of an herb or vegetable begins to grow, it is considered a sprout.

Once the sprout begins to grow, the baby plant is considered a microgreen.

The Nepean Farmer's Market!
We will set up every Saturday starting July 27th until October 19th, starting at 9am, and running until 3pm at 1545 Merivale Rd in the parking lot of the former Thrift Store.

Please come out and help us Celebrate the Grand Opening Day on the 27th!
