Do you have questions about what to expect? Comment below or send me a message.
A few questions I've been asked thus far:

* Will there be hands-on work?
YES! Debbie will demonstrate pressure points on each participant (unless you specifically ask her not to). Through demonstration and presentation, she will address the "issues" stated in the registration forms.

* Do we have to remove our socks?
NO! You can keep your socks on while Debbie does her demo. It is recommended to remove socks for the yoga portion, but not necessary.

* Will there be a meditation segment?
ABSOLUTELY! I will end the workshop with an extended meditation to help you relax, hold space, and better absorb what you've learned.

It will be a great day of relaxing and learning!
