We had an amazing group come together to learn about the lymphatic system, simple drainage techniques, breathing, movement, and daily routines to help support overall wellness. The energy in the room was incredible and we’re so grateful to everyone who joined us! 🤍

Did you know your fascia plays a HUGE role in your lymphatic system? 👀

Fascia is the connective tissue that wraps around your muscles, organs, and vessels — including your lymphatic pathways. When it’s healthy and mobile, lymph fluid can flow freely, helping your body remove waste, reduce swelling, and support your immune system.

But when fascia becomes tight, restricted, or dehydrated (from stress, injury, or lack of movement), it can create “traffic jams” in your lymphatic flow 🚧

This may show up as:
