We’re proud to introduce some very special members of our extended team—our staff pets! While they may not wear name tags or answer phones, they remind us every day of the importance of love, loyalty, and simply being present.

Today, meet SAWYER!
• Official role: Executive Cuddler
• Fun fact: He is 3 years old, loves to play fetch and is still in frequent contact with one of his litter mates!
• Human Caregiver: Lisa, our general manager.

In 1930s Japan, a loyal dog named Hachikō became a quiet symbol of devotion.

Each day, he waited at a train station for his owner to return home. Even after his owner passed away, Hachikō continued to come back—day after day, year after year—for nearly a decade.

When Hachikō died, he was not forgotten. A funeral service was held in his honor, attended by those who had come to know his story. He was laid to rest with the same care and respect given to someone deeply loved.

His story reminds us that loyalty leaves a lasting imprint—and that the bonds we share, no matter how they are formed, deserve to be remembered.
