My heart is full. As I wind down from my last class as a b. leader, I just want to express so much gratitude to everyone who attended my classes over the years. I feel very blessed to have been able to share something I love with my community for six years.

I want to say thank you for allowing me to be me. Thank you for receiving all that I had to give and thank you for riding shotgun on my own healing journey. Why did I burnout in 2017 and have an emotional breakdown?

I was listening to everything but me.

All the shoulds and have-to’s.

I was motivated by shame, blame and judgment.

Acting out of fear and “what will people think?”

A constant HOLD in my body.

A belief that everything was limited.

These were just some of my conditioning and programming that were controlling my life and extinguishing my light.

But I learned I could let all that go and live differently.

I set my soul on fire with the fuel that came from knowing and trusting my authenticity.

Learning to listen to my intuition changed everything.
