Then end up walking in flip flops thru a field….

You would think I would learn by now!

But all is well the cattle are where they need to be the quad now has a full tank of gas and we are set for what tomorrow brings!!!

“Spring Calving”

The last few days have been a blur…. With an April Snowstorm hitting the ranch Wednesday, Thursday.
~~~
Mother Nature not only brought snowfall but a bushel of new calves.
~~~
As one can guess Not ideal conditions for a calf’s grand entry….. leading to a trip to the “hot box” where they are able to warm up and dry off before heading back to their mamas!!!

We had the opportunity to AI a portion of our heifers this year and this little one is a welcomed success from doing so!!
