Hi everyone!

Cancellation policy update starting August 1st:

I have seen a major increase in cancellations the last few months and this can be frustrating for everyone. As of August 1st if you cancel or change your appointment the day of, or within 2 days (48hours) you will be responsible for full payment of your booked appointment. (If your appointment is a Wednesday and you cancel Monday that will be full charge)

If you change or cancel 3 days prior to your appointment(if your appointment is on a Wednesday and you cancel Sunday) it will be half the cost of the booked appointment.

I do not like having to charge when not receiving a service but I need to be respectful of myself, my time and my other clients times. I book by appointment which means all my bookings are based around one another and when there is last minute cancellation especially if there is more then 1 in a day it l can cause a major inconvenience for myself and other clients.

For thought: I have been pretty well fully booked for summer going into September for the last two months, there have been many people trying to get in for appointments and have been turned away. Now as I have to decline them, I have been getting 3-7 last minute cancellations per week since June. Which means I have been turning clients away because I am booked, and then also loosing the original booking, as well as planning my personal life based around bookings and turning down events and invites because I work a lot of evenings.

Please please just be respectful of my time and my other clients times when needing to cancel. I know things can come up last minute and emergency’s happen and I am super understanding in those instances. However if you know you have an appointment and cannot make it please give AS MUCH notice as possible to make those changes. A weeks notices is more then enough time for me to rearrange and rebook with no issues. Please just think about this when booking or changing/cancelling as soon as you know you can’t make it, let me know.

Hi everyone!

Casual reminder with summer coming up and lots of plans for people- if you need to cancel your appointment PLEASE give as much notice as possible. 48 hours and less there will be a cancellation fee applied.

I plan my life and appointments based around each other and with limited availability the more notice I have to changes the better. As well as turning clients away when I am fully booked.
