Carolyn Pigott a Registered Massage Therapist since 2002, Clinical Somatic Practitioner since 2010, Level 3 Somatic Yoga Teacher since 2017, and a Thomas Hanna Essential Somatic Movement Instructor since 2025, bringing over 20 years of experience to her work. She supports clients in reconnecting with their body’s innate intelligence through a blend of somatic practices and hands-on techniques. Her approach emphasizes gentle micro-movements that help ease pain, reduce stress, and restore balance to the body and mind.
Carolyn finds deep fulfillment in witnessing clients come home to themselves—rediscovering the ease of movement and a renewed sense of control within their body-mind. Through slowing down, breathing deeply, and cultivating a deeper awareness, clients learn to listen to the subtle language of their bodies and respond to what is needed in each moment.
