very effective way to cleanse your body and allow your systems to work correctly…
1) scrape your tongue
2) swish a mouthful coconut oil for 20 minutes , spit into trash (not the sink drain!!!)
3) swish a mouthful of structured silver water , 1 drop YL thieves oil, 1 drop nascent iodine …swish for 6 minutes and swallow.
