I feel so much excitement as this Trager Level 1 training approaches. There’s something about gathering in the heart of the Comox Valley that feels deeply aligned with the work itself. Being held by the lush forest, the quiet, the natural rhythm of the land—it creates a space where we can soften, listen, and truly arrive in our bodies.
As I prepare for this training, I’m not just thinking about what I’ll be teaching, but about the kind of experience we’ll be co-creating together. Trager is never just about technique for me—it’s about presence, curiosity, and discovering how effort can give way to ease. I love guiding people into that place where movement becomes lighter, freer, and more intuitive.
I imagine us beginning each day surrounded by trees, breathing in that fresh air, letting the environment support us as we settle into a different pace. There’s always something special that happens in these groups—people arrive with curiosity, sometimes uncertainty, and then gradually open into a shared sense of trust and exploration.
For me, this training feels like an invitation—into connection, into embodiment, into a different way of being with ourselves and each other. And in a setting like this, that invitation feels even more alive. I can’t wait to step into it together.
