Our services include psychological programs, cannabis prescriptions, support services, social events, and VAC assistance.

On Fridays, we show our support for the men and women of our Armed Forces on deployment by wearing red.

We encourage you to show your support by wearing red, stand out for those who stand up for us, and remember everyone deployed.

What: 8.7 km - limber up!

Where: GPS “Seal Bay Regional Nature Park”

When: Friday August 8th - meet in parking lot at 9:30am, begin at 10:00am

Post walk meal at the office- Chicken Pot Pie, Garden Salad, & Blueberry Cobbler! 💥
