Oooh how I love love love cottonwood bud oil (Balm of Gilead). Just pressed this beautiful batch from a fallen cottonwood that was marinated for 14 months.

Cottonwood is considered a “rubefacient”, bringing warmth and bloodflow to tense, sore muscles and joints. It’s also antimicrobial and can be used to help heal wounds and topical infections (such as Tinea, a common fungal skin infection).

Plus smells absolutely divine and makes for a beautiful, sensual massage oil as part of a self care routine or with a dear one 💓 🌳
