Happy March! 🌷🌦️🐣

Our schedule has been updated and includes some new offerings! We now have Pilates 2 nights a week…Tuesdays from 7-8pm and Fridays 5:30-6:30pm. Special offer this month…you can come try one class FREE!! (Note, no class Friday March 6)

Also new this month is the addition of our morning Hatha class, Wednesdays from 10-11am.

Beginning next week, I will be offering “Morning Hatha” on Wednesdays at 10am.
This 60 min practice will include poses to help you strengthen, improve balance, and flexibility…all the basics of a well rounded yoga practice. Suitable for all levels. Hope to see you there! 🧘‍♀️ 🌅
