Give yourself the time to restore, reconnect and retrain after pregnancy and birth. As you transition from your pregnant self to your post birth self, so many changes have occurred. You may be experiencing the most joy while also the most pain or discomfort in your own body as you care for your new babe.

Spend time recalibrating the pelvis, balancing the back muscles and releasing postural habits that get in the way of a pain free postpartum mama. Learn gentle progressions to reintroduce quality movement as your body recovers and regain a sense of control. Develop your skills to self-sense, self-correct and self-maintain.

Through gentle movements and mindful exercises, somatic education promotes relaxation and calms the nervous system, reducing stress and anxiety commonly associated with postpartum challenges.
