Dr. Liza is standing with a World Record holder!!!

Derek Steel has set the World Record competing in The Hour Record cycling race which sees a rider on a fixed-gear track bike, riding around the velodrome for an hour. His distance of 39.836km saw him go the furthest distance for his age category of 80-84 year olds! Derek has regular chiropractic visits here at the Grove with Dr. Liza to keep his body at peak performance.
