Today, we honour Pink Shirt Day -- an annual anti-bullying initiative that brings people together to stand against bullying and promote kindness, respect, and inclusion. 🫶Every employee was invited to choose a cookie with a value that puts anti-bullying into action and to consciously bring this to the work and interactions they have throughout the day.💗 Let kindness lead the way!

Planning a trip to Air Force Beach? Members of the public who wish to view the Snowbirds from Air Force Beach are required to have a parking pass. Available at the campground office, open daily at 10am, the annual pass is $30, and a day use pass is available from Monday to Friday for $5.

Vous prévoyez un voyage à Air Force Beach? Les membres du public qui souhaitent voir les Snowbirds depuis Air Force Beach doivent être en possession d'un permis de stationnement. Disponible au bureau du camping, ouvert tous les jours à partir de 10h, le permis annuel coûte 30$ et un permis journalier est disponible du lundi au vendredi pour 5$.

The wall really is going soon! 🙌Thanks to the K'ómoks First Nation, the City of Courtenay and , returning the sawmill site back to restored salmon and wildlife habitat is becoming a reality. The large metal wall is being removed over the next several weeks utilizing the brainpower of engineers, barge operators and professionals in charge of some heavy duty equipment. We are so happy to be sponsors of one of Canada’s largest restoration efforts, right here in Courtenay😊 .
