With perceptive, listening touch and deep presence, she offers space to slow down and unwind held patterns, supporting the body’s innate healing process, guided by its own pace and profound wisdom. She is passionate about living close to the earth, with a focus on self-sufficiency, cultivating food and medicine and nurturing ‘the village’ - a space for growth through mutual care and collaboration.
Her work is rooted in a lifelong commitment to personal growth and transformation. Drawing from her long time practice and study in astrology, meditation, plant medicine, shadow work, internal martial arts, contact improv and other dance, Juliana weaves diverse tools for self-understanding and integration. She has volunteered in hospice care, supporting those navigating death, and is passionate about assisting mothers around pregnancy and childbirth. Her meditation practice, which included annual month-long retreats before the birth of her two sons, remains a cornerstone of her journey—alongside her view of motherhood as an ongoing spiritual path. In reverence of the body’s innate capacity to heal and thrive, Juliana offers a supported space to slow down—deeply. To rest, to pause, to digest life. To come home to the body and to one's essential self. In this stillness and remembering, the body begins to soften and unwind, releasing held patterns—gently supported by a perceptive, listening touch that is spacious, deeply present, and respectful of the body’s pace and wisdom.
