The first time I attended a Yoga class was in 2002, and I loved it. It changed the course of my life. Since then, I explored different Yoga styles and integrated my favourite parts into my personal life and lessons. In 2006, I received my 500-hour yoga teacher training certification in Brazil. Sharing Yoga is one of my passions.
My classes cultivate awareness of sensations, breath, and movement to ground and tune the body, mind, and soul. I hope participants can leave the classes with clarity, balance and lightness.
I also offer massage, and when I’m not doing yoga or working with clients, my toddler keeps me busy :)
