Originally trained in the Ashtanga tradition, Sky has been practicing Yoga for 20 years and teaching since 2002. She has studied with many fantastic teachers over the years including David Swenson, Michael Stone, Nischala Devi and Natalie Rousseau. Her most profou

nd learning has come from her personal practice. Her training includes Ashatanga, Vinyasa Flow, pre/post natal yoga, and Kids yoga. Her Flow classes are strong, dynamic, and playful, while honouring form and breath. She encourages students to play their edge while respecting their individual intention and any limitations in the moment. One of her greatest joys is sharing this practice with others, and watching the impact is has grow in their lives.
