What if your joints donāt need more rest⦠but better movement?ā š
If youāve been doing less because of joint pain, we get it. But doing nothing might actually be making it worse.
What if just 5ā10 minutes a day could start turning things around?
Here are a few gentle, joint-friendly moves you can try:
1. Seated Leg Extensions
Sit tall, straighten one leg, hold for 3ā5 seconds, then lower. Great for knees.
2. Ankle Circles
While seated or standing, slowly rotate each ankle 10 times in each direction to keep joints mobile.
3. Shoulder Rolls
Roll shoulders forward and back to ease tension and improve upper body mobility.
4. Gentle Torso Twists
Sit or stand tall, slowly twist side to side, keeping movements smooth and controlled.
⨠Just a few minutes of movement can help reduce stiffness, improve circulation, and make daily tasks easier.
