Hello Comox valley! My name is Shannyn and Im currently starting up my career as a doula. I will be offering free doula services this summer to build up my experience! whether helping you with your birth plan, coaching you through labour, supporting you postpartum around the house, or even holding your hand through abortion care, I am here. feel free to message me any time.
A few facts about me:
- I'm a teen mom! I entered the world of labour, delivery and postpartum early and it has been something I'm passionate about even long before that.
-I'm very pro all reproductive rights. Us women should be able to control our uteruses no matter what.
-I'm stubborn. I want you to have a brith experience thats on your terms and I don't want anyone pressuring you to do otherwise. I'm ready to be your talking birth plan.
-I believe giving birth is the most sacred of times. I take pride in motherhood and womanhood and being able to walk alongside and hold the hand of another woman during that time is a precious gift.
