🌿Lately I’ve been reflecting on how much my relationship with work and life has changed over the past few years since having my girls.
🌿I’ve always been someone who cares deeply about health, about people, and about showing up fully in the work I do. And becoming a mother only deepened that.
🌿And at the same time… it also shifted something.
🌿I started to feel the tension between loving my work and wanting more space, more presence, and more freedom in my day-to-day life… to be with my children and to feel whole.
🌿And I began asking myself some honest questions:
🌿Is this the only way to do this?
🌿Is it possible to love what I do and also have more ease?
🌿Could work actually support my motherhood life, instead of competing with it?
🌿That curiosity led me into new conversations, new ideas, and a different way of looking at health, income, and community.
🌿I’m still in that exploration … and I’m discovering that there are more possibilities than we’ve been shown.
🌿I’m feeling really drawn to being in spaces with women who are open, curious, and asking those same kinds of questions.
🌿If you’ve ever felt that quiet pull toward something different… I’d love to hear what that’s looked like for you 🤍. We’re meant to do this together - shoulder to shoulder, linking arms. When I grow, so do you. 🤍
