Step into a calm, cozy space where sound, stillness, and energy healing support your nervous system and spirit. Let the soothing tones of crystal bowls, chimes, soft drumming, channelled singing and native flute gently guide you inward - no talking, just receiving. As you rest, I’ll intuitively move through the space, offering brief, 𝘰𝘱𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 1:1 energy healing to those who wish to receive.

Cleansing smokes and essential oil blends will be used to deepen the experience. 𝐍𝐨 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝, 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐚𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞.

So happy to have found music again after all these years - in such a new and meaningful way.

For those who've known me a while, you may remember I was a performing musician for many years. I even played my way across the country via train a few times.

From the dive bars of Vancouver and Toronto, I now invite you to join me for Energy & Sound Healing sessions at this magical riverside studio this summer in PEI.

Seeing as I posted a story earlier about facilitating a nature walk & talk session (DM/email me to learn more!) - what a perfect day to share some photos I did (with the lovely & amazing ) during a recent Wild Woman shoot (so much more than a "photoshoot").

What an experience to be held by & let nature be the witness in our unfolding.

Blessed be the healing & magic of Mother Earth - despite it all, still willing to hold us & love us unconditionally.

I've been attending various Spirit Fairs over the last few years & I just love connecting with people in this way. It's great for getting a taste (at a reduced & special fee), but don't be fooled - there have been many deep insights, connections (& tears!).

I'm super stoked about this upcoming weekend's OUTDOOR event hosted by The Alchemy of Gathering: Wellness - Community - Creativity, as the venue ( Coleman Woodland Gardens) offers more space (24 acres of dreamy nature!), so I'll be be setting up a fulllll cozy & private'ish scene to do Hypnohealing Journeys!
