✨Flow into Meditation starts tomorrow! ✨
If you’ve been feeling a little busy, scattered, or just in need of a reset, this class is a beautiful place to begin. Meditation has been shown to reduce stress, improve sleep, support emotional balance, and help you feel more present in your daily life. The best time to start meditating? Now. 😊
Flow into Meditation with Dennyse Harris is designed to make meditation approachable and comfortable, even if you’ve never tried it before.
We’ll begin with slow, gentle yoga to release tension and settle the body, then transition into a guided meditation to quiet the mind and create a sense of calm and clarity.
You don’t need experience, flexibility, or the ability to “clear your mind.” Just come as you are.
Give yourself this time to breathe, unwind, and reconnect, and you may be surprised at how good you feel afterward.
Suitable for all levels. Everyone is welcome.
