Need a massage but can’t get in to see your therapist? This two-hour workshop will teach you simple, effective self-massage techniques using Yoga Tune Up® Balls to help release tension, ease soreness, and restore ease in your body. 🌿

Led by IPF Instructor Tina Pringle, you’ll learn to roll through the neck, shoulders, back, hips, and legs — easing tightness, improving mobility, and giving your body the care it deserves. ✨

Come prepared to relax, roll, and release. Borrow a set of Tune Up® Balls or purchase your own for $25.

Instructor Spotlight: Meet Tina Pringle 💜

You’ll find Tina leading some of our most empowering classes – Strength & Core, Hatha Flow Yoga, and 30 Minute Rise & Strength. 💪🧘‍♀️

Tina brings a beautiful balance of strength and mindfulness to every class. Her love of movement and desire to connect with others shine through in everything she teaches. ✨

Tina began her journey with Studio IPF back in 2014 — inspired by the community, the energy, and the joy that comes from moving together. 💜 Since then, Tina has become a certified Yoga Therapist and has taken a multitude of other training modalities.

Join her in class and experience her signature mix of motivation, laughter, and feel-good movement! On November 23rd, she’ll be teaching a special Roll & Release workshop. Check out the Body Wellness tab on the IPF App for all details!
