✨Flow into Meditation starts tomorrow! ✨

If you’ve been feeling a little busy, scattered, or just in need of a reset, this class is a beautiful place to begin. Meditation has been shown to reduce stress, improve sleep, support emotional balance, and help you feel more present in your daily life. The best time to start meditating? Now. 😊

Flow into Meditation with Dennyse Harris is designed to make meditation approachable and comfortable, even if you’ve never tried it before.

We’ll begin with slow, gentle yoga to release tension and settle the body, then transition into a guided meditation to quiet the mind and create a sense of calm and clarity.

You don’t need experience, flexibility, or the ability to “clear your mind.” Just come as you are.

Give yourself this time to breathe, unwind, and reconnect, and you may be surprised at how good you feel afterward.

Suitable for all levels. Everyone is welcome.

We’re inviting you to slow things down and come back to what matters most…YOU and your well-being.

As the seasons shift, it’s the perfect time to reset your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and create space for more ease in how you move and feel. 🌷

Alongside our regular drop-in fitness, yoga, and Pilates classes, we’re excited to introduce three brand new registered programs designed to support your body in a gentle, sustainable way. All bodies and all levels are welcome; no previous experience is necessary.

Have you heard the news? 📣

I am thrilled to announce that my friend Dennyse Harris will be joining the IPF teaching team this April!

Dennyse and I have worked together in the past when she was offering her beautiful UBlossom retreats, and I had the privilege of presenting at them. I’ve seen firsthand the care and heart she brings to her work.

Over the past five years, Dennyse has stepped fully into her practitioner role, teaching meditation and supporting others on their wellness journeys. She recently completed her yoga teacher training and is also a certified Meditation & Wellness Coach and Ayurveda Wellness Instructor, with additional certifications in Trauma-Informed Yoga and Pain Care Aware.

Her teaching focuses on gentle, accessible yoga paired with meditation and breathwork techniques that help calm the nervous system. Dennyse creates a space where everyone feels supported, comfortable, and at ease, whether you’re brand new or have prior yoga or meditation experience.

I know her classes will be a wonderful fit at IPF, and I’m so excited for you to experience them.

Join her in April for our 5-week Flow into Meditation Session.✨

Each class begins with about 45 minutes of slow, flowing yoga to release tension and connect with the breath, followed by 30 minutes of guided meditation to help you settle your mind and experience relaxation and clarity.

Perfect for anyone curious about meditation but unsure where to start.
Suitable for all levels. No previous yoga or meditation experience required.

Get your boogie on, this Sunday! 💃🕺

Join Alana for our second monthly Dance Party. Last month's party was a blast!

This time she'll have us dancing through the decades, from the 50's until today.

This super fun event is a welcoming, no-pressure space designed for people who love to dance but don’t love the late nights. You don’t need any dance experience at all, just a willingness to move in a way that feels good to you.

Expect an easy-to-follow flow of movements inspired by the music, plenty of freedom to add your own style, and a room full of supportive, like-minded people who are there for the same reason: to have fun and feel good.
