Lymphatic drainage, rejuvenating facials, hot/cold stones, therapeutic energy work and many others. I want to share a healing experience with my client. Taking the time to listen and respond in ways that heal and nourish body, mind and soul. Using a mix of techniques I’ve learned over my career, I choose the style that best suits the needs of the person on my table. Using tools such as heated bamboo, cold stones, warm towels, guasha stones and a variety of creams and oils, i offer an experience for your muscles and your brain. Clients have benefited from techniques such as;

I’m giving workshops one final shot, and since so many of you suggested it… I’m finally offering MACRAMÉ 🙌

🗓 Sunday, February 15
⏰ 1–4 PM
📍 At the workshop

Come spend a cozy afternoon creating your own plant hanger from scratch 🌱
I’ll provide everything you need:
• A variety of ropes to choose from
• Beads to dress it up
• Different knots so you can customize the look
• Step-by-step guidance (no experience needed!)

👯‍♀️ Bring a friend — it’s way more fun together!

💰 Cost:
• $30 per person
• $10 deposit to book
• Last-minute drop-ins welcome: $40 at the door
