Yahoo! I'm officially back in action and welcoming all you beautiful souls back into the studio!

It will be a lighter treatment style for a bit while my tendon is still healing, but I'm feeling strong and energized and ready to get back into the swing of things!

Service pause
To my valued clients: most of you should have received a phone call or email to reschedule June's appointment. I have sustained a wrist tendon injury and am taking every possible step to do what I need to in order to expedite my healing. I am hoping to return to providing service June 26 at the Cowichan Reflexology studio and June 27 at Chiani Wellness, provided my healing is on track to do so.

I value each of you and will look very much forward to welcoming you back soon! Thank you for your kind well wishes and understanding, and to the wonderful practitioners helping me recover and build strength through this!

Additionally, I have released my schedule into August for those that choose to book online, summer appointments go quickly.

What a beautiful day!

Well it's that time again! The Great Blue Heron males are back to their ancestral nesting grounds that border the Cowichan Reflexology Studio in Cowichan Bay. They are collecting twigs and branches off trees to repair last year's nests, and they are also fighting over the best nests, before the females come back later this month. Soon there will be eggs in nests and herons flying to and from the ocean water picking up fish for lunch!

I am honoured to border this sacred nesting ground, but wanted to let all clients know these birds are quite loud at times when letting out alarm sounds when Eagles, a natural predator, are near. The male Heron also gather sticks to repair nests and may occasionally drop one or two in the yard.

I look forward to sharing time with you in upcoming Reflexology sessions and taking in these majestic birds breeding season.
