So incredibly excited to now offer Myofascial Integrative Reflexology to my offerings as of May 1!!

A full body Myofascial Release followed by Foot Reflexology to support the longevity of fascial release in the body.

Fascia is the tissue layer that hosts neural pathways, a communication highway of piezogenic electric material. A sticky web-like substance that supports all tissues and organs in the body.

If you are having restriction in the hip, there is a fascial line connecting it to the shoulder and jaw. In cases of injury or surgical intervention, the fascia is interrupted and scar material can bunch causing reduction in motion of the surrounding tissues, ligaments, and muscle structures.

Skilled Myofascial Release techniques can unbind and hydrate the gel-like web of fascia and make it more fluid, effectively increasing your body's ability to move and function optimally. Reinforcement using the power of Reflexology may have longer term effects between sessions than myofascial release alone.
