We closed early on Friday, April 10th so our team could enjoy a well-deserved staff appreciation event. We spent the afternoon relaxing and getting creative at a sip-and-paint session—such a fun way to connect, unwind, and celebrate our amazing team. This March, FW Green Clinic proudly took part in Burger Month! 🍔
It was such a fun way to support our community, enjoy some amazing local food, and connect outside the clinic.

Forms

If you have a form you need a practitioner to complete, an appointment is required either in office or by telephone. We ask that you bring or send in the form to the clinic in advance of the appointment filled out as completely as possible and with authorizations signed to avoid delays and save time in the scheduled appointment.
