Something new at our booth this year: Italian Porcelain Black Garlic! 🧄

In season with the Fall Equinox we will have crochet mushroom hats and our beautiful line of herbal tinctures that you all know and love

The Fall Equinox gathering in Yahk is quite the gig. I'm especially looking forward to the set by .dr.brotherman. it's always a jam to see him perform

No, a plant-based diet does not automatically make you deficient in Iron.

❤️ 8.7mg a day for men aged 19 and over
❤️ 14.8mg a day for women aged 19 to 49
❤️ 8.7mg a day for women aged 50 and over
