💚A Message from My Heart💚

As my lease comes to an end, I’ve made the decision to let go of my studio space. This choice hasn’t come easily, as my vision for the space was grand and filled with potential to bring healing and connection to others. I can still see the impact it could hold, but for now, I know this is the right step forward for me and for my practice.

My purpose has always been to support those seeking healing—to offer holistic and energetic modalities that nurture the mind, body, and spirit. As someone who has always wanted to help people, I’ve learned that I can only give so much, and that is enough ✨️

This transition is bittersweet, yet I feel at peace knowing I’m following my spirit and my heart. I am deeply grateful to everyone who has supported me, believed in my vision, and shared in this journey.

Although I’ll be stepping away from my studio, I will continue offering treatments from my home. I remain dedicated to creating a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment—one that is supportive, non-judgmental, and deeply peaceful. A space for you to release what no longer serves you, reconnect to yourself, and embrace self-care with self love ❤️

Sept.22nd.Day and night meet as equals. The Fall Equinox invites us into a sacred pause — a reminder that the light and the dark within us are both essential, both beautiful, both worthy of being seen. With the eclipse energy moving through, we are called even deeper into reflection:
🌑 To honor our shadows.
🌞 To embrace our light.
🌗 To find harmony in the balance.

Just as nature transitions, we too are asked to release what no longer serves us and open space for growth, healing, and renewal. This season is a time to come home to yourself — to the wholeness that already exists within.
