Today is my last few classes before I go away to Alberta for about 6 weeks to heal this little tick bite body.

While it doesn’t seem like I long time, I don’t think I’ve ever stepped away from teaching for this long. Would love to have my classes full of good energy today, so feel free to join me! There’s room in all my classes

BUT. I’m also happy when all of your beautiful faces come and join me for yoga, and I have room for drop ins in both my first classes back at .inner.roar tomorrow!

Sadly, our beautiful summer is coming to an end.

But! The positive side to that is we are back running classes at .inner.roar to help soothe your post summer souls.

Thursday Gentle Flow 8:30-9:30am

You can sign up for the series now and save yourself some moola $$$ or wait until Thursday and come for drop-ins!

I know I’ve been very quiet on my business social media for awhile. Sometimes when life goes for a wild ride, this platform can feel overwhelming.

Sadly, after many many years… tonight will be my last Friday evening Happy Hour class that I teach at . The wonderful will be taking over that time slot for me while I take on some different evening work.

I would love to have you join me for one of my favourite classes I teach ♥️
