We offer Online, Phone, and In Person Counselling. We started with a simple premise: Make available to everyone the counselling resources they need to live a healthy, productive and joy-filled life. Life can be difficult at times. Many need counselling to get past the hurts, hang-ups and habits that come our way. Others may just need a little help getting "unstuck" in life and want a little life coaching to get some perspective. Either way, we are here to help you. The track record we've accumulated speaks to our commitment to clients, their families, and the community at large. Our offices are clean and modern, with the latest counselling techniques at our disposal. We also offer Christian Counselling to help you understand God's plan and purpose for your life, how to better hear His voice and how he may want to use your past experiences to help others.
