This practical and inspiring session will help you understand how habits are formed in the brain and how to create sustainable change through tiny, consistent steps—not willpower alone.
🧠 Learn the neuroscience of habit loops and mental shortcuts

🌱 Sink into a visualization to “try on” your future habits in real time.
You’ll leave with a simple structure to build new routines and break old patterns—designed for real life, not perfection.

🧺 What to Bring:
A yoga mat (or borrow one at the studio), water, and comfy clothes. We’ll end with a relaxing 15 minute mental rehearsal—feel free to bring a small blanket or pillow to get cozy.
