The Inner Roar is owned and operated by registered Yoga teacher and holistic health coach Chelsea Eisses. Classes range from medium paced vinyasa flow to gentle rebalancing sequences as well as yin-restorative classes. Our studio focus is to guide people out of their heads and into their bodies where they may be able to start uniting much more deeply with the inner self and the heart. Sometimes the best way to access this connection is through sweat, sometimes simple silence.

Life feels full. Fast. Sometimes overwhelming.

And anxiety doesn’t always show up as panic—it can look like overthinking, tension, disrupted sleep, or that constant low-level feeling of “on edge.”

In this updated workshop, we’ll explore anxiety in the context of the world we’re living in today—where stress often comes from the accumulation of small, daily pressures rather than one big event.

🧠 In this session, you’ll:

Deepen your understanding of anxiety and how it shows up in real life

Notice patterns in your body and thinking—and learn how to shift them

Move beyond awareness into practical, in-the-moment regulation tools

Strengthen your ability to respond calmly, even in busy or overwhelming moments

Be guided through a mental rehearsal to anchor calm into your nervous system

You’ll leave with practical tools you can use in everyday moments.

💜 A perfect reset if life has been feeling a little too full, fast, or overwhelming.

✨ Part of the monthly workshops blending neuroscience, self-awareness, and simple strategies for everyday well-being.

Please help me introduce my new children’s book to the world.

Local friends! Join me at Munch Cafe on Sunday April 26th at 10:30 for a story reading of ‘Kindness Matters Most’. Make sure to bring your kidddos (if you have them) and stay for the book signing, should you like a copy to take home or gift to someone you love ($12 a piece).

It would be so so wonderful to see some friendly faces!

The book will be available to order online (hopefully) in the next 2 weeks. I’ll send links out to the world the second it’s available.
