The Inner Roar Yoga and Wellness Public, Private and Semi Private Yoga Sessions & Personalized Holistic Health Coaching Programs.

The Inner Roar is owned and operated by registered Yoga teacher and holistic health coach Chelsea Eisses. Classes range from medium paced vinyasa flow to gentle rebalancing sequences as well as yin-restorative classes. Our studio focus is to guide people out of their heads and into their bodies where they may be able to start uniting much more deeply with the inner self and the heart. Sometimes the best way to access this connection is through sweat, sometimes simple silence.

This monthly Workshop Series is facilitated by Lanna – RTT® Hypnotherapist, Conversational Tranceformation™ & Mental Fitness Coach.

New year, new momentum — but lasting change doesn’t come from pushing harder. It comes from rewiring your mind to work with you, not against you.

This practical and inspiring session will help you understand how habits are formed in the brain and how to create sustainable change through tiny, consistent steps—not willpower alone.

🧠 Learn the neuroscience of habit loops and mental shortcuts

🔁 Identify one small shift that could unlock bigger change

🌱 Sink into a visualization to “try on” your future habits in real time.

You’ll leave with a simple structure to build new routines and break old patterns—designed for real life, not perfection.
Whether you want to create more space for rest, movement, focus, or joy—this is your reset point.

💜 A lovely way to stick to a New Year's resolution after the holidays.

✨ Part of the monthly workshops blending neuroscience, self-awareness, and simple strategies for everyday well-being.

🧺 What to Bring:
A yoga mat (or borrow one at the studio), water, and comfy clothes. We’ll end with a relaxing 15 minute mental rehearsal—feel free to bring a small blanket or pillow to get cozy.
