When you get asked to present a foot workshop for teachers, and this is your ‘working platform’,,,,,,, how cool is that??? What a fabulous time, I got to do something I LOVE to do and that is talk about feet, present ways to keep feet healthy and help with foot problems. PLUS,,,, talk about how to help with children’s feet in the formative years!!…. Did you know that we are born with ‘flat feet’, (plus ‘Flat feet’ can be perfectly normal & totally ok if it’s your normal)……. Foot shape tends to shape around 7-8 years, after which feet stop growing (girls around 13yrs, boys around 14yrs). The growth plate fuse around age 16…….Having fun is ageless,,, so balancing on one foot, whilst catching a ball, picking up pebbles, marbles, pieces of lego with your toes should never get old!!!

Ahhhhh LIFE EH?………. Forever being taught that things are not always as they seem…….. took a ‘knock’ recently, already bouncing back, with the help of a motivational email from the lovely lady you see below who has had her fair share of ‘knocks’ but always, always bounces back. The quote you see is hers. Keris & her man, Matt, literally eat, live and breathe (Fitter Food) as amazing humans. JUST STOP,,,,,,, TAKE A BREATH,,,,,, the air that you breathe is the MOST important thing to us all, remind yourself of that by just filling those lungs, taking a moment to appreciate the fact that you can!!!!
