Emotions are messages from your mind and body. Honouring them without judgement helps you understand yourself and release what you don’t need to carry or push down.
For a long time, I ignored what my body was trying to tell me. Many of us were never taught to listen. Society often tells us to push through, stay strong, keep going.
But we CAN learn something different.
✨ Try this:
~Name the feeling: “I feel ______”
~Notice where it lives in your body.
~Validate it: “It makes sense I feel this way.”
