As a result of a spinal injury Yvonne embarked on a learning journey that resulted in her recovery without surgery. Yvonne will tie in all the different modalities of the show and show then, David will guide the making of a sacred gift to offer Mother Earth to give gratitude to her for all she does to support us.

Speaking at 1:00pm pm “On Sacred Land”

I placed my foot on the dock of Meares Island, in Ahousaht, B. C. and Spirit took over the steps that followed. I was guided, by Spirit, to provide Personal Empowerment seminars from a course, I created. I provided one seminar to every grade at the local school. Then, a path opened up for me. I met and started to work with an incredible man and Hereditary Chief, Levi Martin. This happened while providing seminars to retreat groups at the Holistic Centre. Levi wanted to take Personal Empowerment and integrate three topics: Indigenous Language, Indigenous Spirituality, and Indigenous Teachings

With collaboration and these changes, a new Personal Empowerment course was born. Levi and I worked together sharing our course with the seven communities within the Nuu Chah Nulth Region.

On June 8, I will talk about my personal journey. The attention to Spirit, that inner guidance, with trust and no expectations. How it opened up new paths for me. Paths that I couldn’t have even imagined. At the end of the talk, I will leave time to invite you to ask questions.

“The Power and Movement of Thought”.

Personal and professional experiences have shaped this interactive talk, inspiring you to look deeper at your thoughts, language and intentions. And what about transcending unpleasant thoughts?

Anecdotes and practical strategies will be shared to empower you. This talk is for you, so we’ll have time for Question and Answer afterwards to best serve you.

Elke's life:

Elke Scholz, MA, RP, REACE, is a registered Psychotherapist, an internationally registered Expressive Art Consultant/Educator, and internationally certified EMDR Therapist. She is the well-known author of 3rd edition, Loving Your Life, containing over 40 creative exercises as an e-book and paperback. This book is internationally
available, teen friendly and now translated in German. Elke has launched Anxiety Warrior Vol One and Vol Two, both with powerful tools for your journey to emotional freedom. Elke manages her own anxiety. She believes strategies can be accessible and easy for people to lower their anxiety levels.

Elke is excited to announce her new webinar “Energy Rich” and her audio meditation series based on her book, Loving Your Life. Her work includes creative anti-anxiety-wellness kits for employees, youth-at-risk and seniors in managing anxiety and depression. For over 30 years Elke has helped people and runs her private therapy practice in Bracebridge, Muskoka, in person and zoom sessions. She is a keynote
speaker and has facilitated at conferences, enjoys giving interviews on podcasts, radio and TV.

Her passion is to empower people. She loves her work and her life.

We ALL know the difference an unexpected act of kindness, joy or generosity makes - for both the receiver and the giver/ initiator. Imagine a world where such things happen all the time! Around every corner - an act of kindness. In every store, school, bus and park - acts of kindness - between friends and strangers alike! Until no one is a stranger.

That is the mission of Love Notes.

Locally conjured and crafted, these beautiful little colourful scrolls each hold a unique and loving affirmation - and have a fun and uncannily magical way of landing in just the right hands! Hi! I’m Kathy Timmermanis, a Holistic Nutritionist and Herbalist based in Collingwood, ON. I offer 1:1 holistic health coaching and create Heartfull Herbals - a line of organic looseleaf herbal tea, herbal latte mixes, and natural skincare. Already a long time tea-lover and natural health enthusiast at the time, my love for herbal medicine came into bloom when studying Holistic Nutrition 5 years ago. I’ve since continued on to pursue a Diploma in Herbal Medicine with the Wild Rose College of Herbal Medicine, and continue to learn from spending time with the plants and fellow plant enthusiasts in the garden, and out in nature!

I appreciate how herbs can help our bodies come into balance - and the lessons to be learned from working with these wise plant teachers as well. Herbs are gentle yet deeply effective. They carry ancient wisdom and remain profoundly relevant in today’s world. What I find most beautiful is how they often become even more supportive when combined—blending their unique qualities to create deeper healing than they might offer on their own.
