April 8th. A new orbit begins.

To the new faces here: I’m more than a profile. I’m a Creatrix in the Woods, a holder of space, and a woman who has lived a thousand lives in one.
•
I don’t just “do” energy work; I live it. My capacity to hold space for you comes from navigating my own trials, loss, and hardship. Because I’ve walked through the dark, I know the ferocity of light, joy, and passion. My healing opened the door for yours.

As an Intuitive Holistic Energy Practitioner for humans, canines, and equines, my sessions are a multi-sensory experience. Physical, audio, visual, and scent all weave together to facilitate deep connection. I only share here when the download hits—if it resonates with even one of you, the ripple is enough.

When I’m not in sessions, teaching or this past year being a mentor, I’m holding down the acreage while my husband works away. When we’re together, we’re trail-bound—ATVs, rock hounding, and coffee on the deck with our 3 dogs and 2 cats, just connected to nature.

Our son turns 21 next month. Being an empty nester is a new chapter, but watching him navigate life while keeping his roots intact is our greatest honor.
•
I’m kicking off this year by holding a retreat this weekend. There’s no better birthday gift than witnessing transformation in real-time.
•

The Gaps

“We do this work to fill the gaps we fell through.”
•
I said those words out loud during a session the other day, and we both felt the shift. Total body shivers. It was one of those rare, crystalline moments where the “why” behind everything clicked into place.
•
We were discussing the careers we’ve chosen—or rather, why our careers seem to have chosen us.
•
I’m realizing more and more that the reason I resonate so deeply with my clients’ frequency isn’t just professional alignment. It’s because I have been exactly where they are.
•
I know the texture of those gaps because I’ve felt them under my own feet. I’ve been in the hole, digging myself out, wondering if anyone held the blueprint for a way up.
•
There is a specific kind of architect in this world: the ones who build bridges over the cracks they once fell through.
•
While the world pushes for “bigger” and “louder,” it’s the one-on-one and the intimate circles that call to me the most.
•
That is where the real bridge-building happens. That is where we ensure the person walking behind us
doesn’t have to jump as far or climb as hard.

I’m an energy worker, and yes—I still book with other people to hold space for me.
•
Being in this field requires a high level of discernment, even being in this field for 15 years professionally. I still call upon those I entrust.
I choose my mentors and peers carefully, and I’m lucky to have a “corner” full of people who celebrate my growth as much as their own.
•
What to look for in a practitioner: Look for someone who is supported. Look for someone who cheers for others in their field. That’s the energy you want in your container.
•
So grateful for my long-distance soul family and the new connections I’m making right here in my community.
•

This work is so sacred to me, and to show up fully for those who entrust me, I’m taking some time to focus. I am currently pouring all my energy into my final pre-retreat sessions and won’t be taking on new bookings until my return.

As I see clients tomorrow and have two separate events Sunday. Closing out ceremony with my mentorship student and then Floating Sound Bath.
