The Yoga Room teachers are grateful to serve the community of Creston with our variety of yoga offerings. We are dedicated to treating the individual and specialize in modifying poses to meet your unique needs. We offer yoga therapy and group yoga classes -
-with gentle stretches and stress reduction techniques
-in pain management
-that build strength and stamina
-with deep stretching and contemplation/philosophy
-variety of styles including therapeutic, chair yoga, restorative, beginners, slow flow, mixed pace, deep stretch

We have a fellow yoga teacher, Lonnie Antal, in need of our help in treatment of her cancer via a Cancer Treatment centre in the States.

Barb is offering an opportunity of sharing community and assistance with a donation class to raise funds towards Lonnie's treatment. Thursday, Dec 19th, 0930 - 11 am.
