Posture Therapy — Supporting the Body at Its Foundation
Over the past 37 years as a therapist, I have worked with many people seeking relief from tension, discomfort, and postural strain. Through this experience, one truth has remained clear: when the body is properly aligned, it functions with greater ease, balance, and resilience.
Posture Therapy complements my years of hands-on practice by addressing alignment at its root. Using precise, guided exercises, this approach helps retrain the body step by step — supporting improved posture, reduced strain, and more natural movement over time.
