Join us for a fantastic Wild Food Foraging workshop!

10:00 am - 2:00pm
This exciting class is led by wild food foraging aficionado, Laura Jany, and will see participants going out into the Creston Valley to find edible wild plants. She will share the many ways that these plants can be used for food, the different parts of the plants that can be used, and the best times to harvest them. After you harvest, you will learn recipes to use your wild ingredients in an interactive cooking demo. Dress for all types of weather and terrain.
Cost is $89 +GST and includes a light, wild food lunch.
