Following one's dream of helping others is my truest expression of my Reflection. I believe in the power of awareness and empowering others to find their awareness and brilliance. We all have an innate ability to find our courage, our steps and what the answers are. I am a Professional Counselor, Reiki II practitioner, Body Talk Foundations Technician and Theraputic Touch I practitioner. I provide a warm, gentle and inviting atmosphere where you can be yourself with no judgements and no games Together we can assess what's going on for you in your life and explore options, put plans into action and set realistic goals. I am super excited to finally be connecting to our community to offer Coach's Corner. Truest Reflections style 🦋.

I feel like there are many seasons coming through these days and I wanted to be able to say, hey I am experiencing transitions (age, health, being single etc) just like you. And there is great conversation, aha moments and comments that begin with what the actual "f" is going on right now. Let me tell you I face those with you. So I felt like it may be beneficial to talk about it, together. ✨️

I will be offering a monthly Coach's Corner starting April 16th 6:30-8pm at Good Company Coffee.

It will be time spent with like-minded women talking about the seasons we are experiencing and the transitions that are coming up. Let's share our stories, while I offer some tips and tools on how to navigate our path.

Investment $10pp (does not include a coffee)

However, our Good Company family will be selling their usual tasty offerings.

Make YOURSELF a PRIORITY! 💫

That's right, you....a priority! We do this by taking care of ourselves. 🧘

Self-Care: The practice of taking an active role in protecting one's own well-being and happiness.

When do you take action in practicing self care? What would it look like or feel like?

I've realized from this last year, my self care is super important not only so I can do my job but so I can model this kind of behavior for my children. Once my tank is full, I can do what I do best at 100%. When my tank is empty and I'm borrowing I'm truly no good to anyone, including myself. What kind of person would I be to not take my own medicine or my own advice?

Energy sessions include Reiki and Bridge to Healing.
