Yoga in the Grove with Ana in Crystal Beach

Starts Wednesday, July 24 9-10:30 am.

What to expect:
Warming up the body with gentle stretches, learning different breathing techniques for different purposes, doing a variety of yoga poses for varied benefits (physical, mental and emotional), introduction to meditation and sound therapy.

All levels and all bodies welcome.

Yoga is not about developing flexibility.

The word “yoga” means union. It joins your mind and body so that your mind is not constantly racing and helps calm the nervous system.

Slowing down the body and mind helps you “get out of your head,” and live in the moment.

When we are constantly ruminating about the past, we can become depressed.

When we are constantly worrying about the future, we can become anxious.

Give your body, mind and spirit the opportunity to experience some gentle breathing, yoga, meditation and an incredible sound bath to relax and revitalize you.
