YOGA UPDATE:
Our spring series are complete and (as usual) we will be taking a break from in studio practice for the summer! Get outside and enjoy those long evenings...

Registered series will resume in the Fall season (likely second week of September). If you are interested in joining our community and practicing yoga with us, please be in touch.

We have some availability left in prime time (weekday evenings)
Monday 7pm
Wednesday 7pm
Thursday 5pm
The rest are spoken for already. We could also be convinced to offer more weekday daytime classes ;)
