A little Crystal Reiki today. Yes, I did it for my family. Sometimes, everyone just needs a "Little Pick Me Up".

Before I perform a Crystal Reiki Session, my Crystal Grid and Crystals are all cleansed with Lavendar and Sandalwood Incense. I also cleansed my entire house and self of negative energies, entities, and thoughts.

At the end of April, I completed my Master Teacher Level in the Usui Method of Reiki.

What does that mean? In addition to offering Reiki Sessions, I am able to lead Healing Attunements and teach Reiki Classes.

I have been suffering with Sacroiliitis for a week now. I decided to utilize the Heat Mat I have on my treatment table.

I need to replace the cleaning lady with someone taller. 🫣

Dogs, cats, and horses have one more Chakra than humans.

Reiki Practioners take more of a "Hands Off" approach when it comes to Animal Healing Sessions. We let the animal decide how they wish or if they wish to receive Reiki.

I have found that each animal is different. Some animals ask for a physical touch while others just lay nearby. Some animals will just fall asleep during the Reiki; others, come and go from my touch or even just walk away when they have had enough. Either way, the animal Leads the Reiki and I, as the practitioner, am just the vessel that transmutes the Reiki Energy.
