Namaste, Chakra means "wheel" which are energy centers in our body, and in order to stay healthy and energetic out chakras should stay open.

In day to day life can be hectic because of stress and workload, the chakras get blocked and then desire goes away to do the things.

In this workshop learn know the science of our energetic body and heal it through traditional ways of chakra healing.
