A little progress update: my original plaster cast and stitches were removed last Friday. Currently, I’m rocking a hot pink ( my choice) fibreglass cast, for at least a few more weeks, then hopefully I start physical therapy. Im able to workout again, running outside and have been doing some modifications for Pilates and Yoga. I’m not out of the woods yet but certainly feeling a lot better.
