Yoga always plays an important role in preventing lifestyle illness. Yoga has many health benefits and its a perfect combination of strengthening and stretching exercises. The fact that not any other form of exercises is as enduring as yoga.

According to the International Association of Yoga Therapists - Yoga is a definition of the process of empowering individuals to progress toward improved health. It is a well being through the application of philosophy and practice of yoga. It has proven many health benefits. Practicing over 50 different form of exercises, a normal yoga session targets almost every area of the body – core, arms, legs, and back etc. Regular practice of yoga not only helps you to get those toned muscles, but can also be the cure of several diseases. And if not complete cure, there would hardly be any disease yoga can’t help in controlling.

Let’s face it, the working landscape has drastically changed and remote work is now here to stay. This ushers in a whole new set of ergonomic challenges for an ineffectively designed workspace. Chiropractors have reported a jump in the injuries associated with ergonomics since the stay at home guidance began.

Commonly mentioned are aches and pain in the neck, shoulders, back and wrist areas. Other issues on the rise are eyestrain and tight hips. Yoga can help prevent all of these very easily. If you already suffer from some of these, then Yoga can also reduce the effects and promote healing.

Why You Should Aim for 5-10% Weight Loss?

First and foremost, weight-loss starts with lifestyle changes that include exercise and your diet. An ideal rate of weight loss that can be sustained by most individuals has been observed to be 1 to 2 pounds per week. Losing weight at a moderate rate of pace allows your body more time to deal with the physiological changes. It is also a far easier process to adjust to mentally.

A crash diet or prolonged physical activity can bring about a sudden weight change, but weight issues that are not medical in nature, can most often be a result of lifestyle choices. And any temporary program is only likely to provide a temporary solution, if you do not deal with the core causes.

You can always seek for proper diet recommendation from your dietitians, before you start with any weight-loss program. They will help you choose the right diet that is most appropriate. To attain and maintain any amount of weight-loss, exercise is absolutely mandatory. Generally, an average of at least one hour, five days a week is needed. But this again should be monitored by your doctor/ trainer to assure safe exercise practices.

The beauty of Face Yoga is that you can do most of the exercise anytime anywhere. Once you learn how to do, you can do the exercises on the go!

However let me tell you unlike injections or those medical beauty procedures, Face Yoga is NOT a quick fix. It requires consistent practice on a regular basis. But the more you master, the less exercises are needed.
