Tuesdays & Thursdays you can find me at Cole Harbour Physio & Rehab located in Cole Harbour. With a special focus on TMD/TMJD (the jaw), this clinic is bringing the Dartmouth/Cole Harbour community a much needed service and I am beyond excited to join their team!

Spent the afternoon networking with the soon-to-be graduated massage therapy students at the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy! Special thank you to the school for hosting this event & allowing us to come and represent the clinic!

I was even lucky enough to reconnect with some familiar faces from my grad year - was so lovely to see you all❤️

massage is both a science and an art. We all learn the science behind our techniques and how to properly apply them but our own creativity is what sets massage therapists apart.

My approach to massage therapy is to work layer by layer. Starting at the most superficial layer and addressing restrictions at this level prior to moving into deeper layers of tissue. It may take more than one treatment to reach the deeper layers depending on how restricted you are. This does not mean it is any less effective compared to immediately working the deeper layers - It is just a different approach😌
